Some of my favorite sessions are the ones where we spend more time laughing and talking than actually thinking about the camera, and this Marco Island engagement session was definitely one of those!
This sweet couple traveled from Miami to celebrate their engagement and were staying at the beautiful JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. Marco Island was already a special place for them, especially since he had spent some time studying in Naples while pursuing his career in healthcare.
We met for their engagement photos right around sunset, and even though they were a little nervous at first because they didn't know how to pose, it didn't take long for us to get comfortable. We talked, laughed, and enjoyed the beautiful evening together.
I always love having a mix of candid moments and more traditional portraits in my galleries. I also try to keep my editing as true to life as possible, especially when it comes to colors. I want my couples to look back at their photos and remember the day just as it was, from the beautiful sunset to all the little moments in between.
It was such a fun evening, and I'm so happy I got to be part of their engagement celebration in Marco Island!
